Shipping Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using Australian Post. Standard Shipping costs are free. Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days (excl. public Holidays) and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
International orders below AU$300.00 attract a flat fee of AU$25.00 per shipment, shipping times are generally 7-14 days.

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised. All returns must be made via registered mail; no refund will be made for return postage costs.
